This page explains what happens to the details you share with Melior Studio when you email us or book a call. We keep it simple and we only use what we need.

Who we are

Melior Studio is based in Leicester, UK, and works with businesses anywhere in the world. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you email us: your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you book a call: your name, your email address, the time you pick and your answer to "What's holding your business back?". Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.

This website has no contact form, no tracking and no advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange and hold your call, and follow up about the work you've asked us about. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who helps us

Google runs our booking page, calendar, email and video calls.
Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards our email.
The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page opens.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and booking details while we're talking or working together, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us at any time and we'll delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Just email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
